Ingredients (yield 1/2 cup):
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp apple or orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 grams Silken Tofu
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate. Use within one week.
