Ingredients (yield 6-8 servings):
- Lotus Seeds 80g
- Lotus Root 600g
- Dried lily bulbs 15g
- Longan pulp 15g (about 8-10 longan with pit)
- 20 cups of water
Directions:
- Wash all ingredients. Cut lotus root into chunks.
- Boil 20 cups of water in a big pot.
- Put all ingredients in boiling water and bring to boil.
- Cook on medium high for 20 min and then turn heat to low. Cover and simmer 3 hours.
- Serve.
